Overview:
 

The Christmas Warehouse is one of the largest Christmas retail stores in Australia.  As a seasonal Store Supervisor you will be reporting and working closely with your store’s Locations Manager to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the store. The Christmas Warehouse offers a fun and exciting working environment.


As the successful applicant, you must possess:
 

  • a strong desire to sell.
  • retail experience.
  • be able to set the benchmark for all standards, professionally and personally.
  • the ability to take ownership of problems and issues, being able to take them to their conclusion.
  • the ability to follow and comply with all policies and procedures.
  • work as an integral part of the management team.
  • be a responsible, punctual, reliable, honest and hardworking person.
  • a dynamic and “can do” approach to work.


Duties Include:
 

  • helping with store setup.
  • motivating sales staff and focusing on sales.
  • keeping stock on show with correct signage and price tickets.
  • show a high level of customer service and demonstrated ability with complicated customer service issues.
  • be able to demonstrate accurate cash handling.
  • ensure all end of day and Company paperwork is perfectly maintained.


Due to the nature of our business you will be required to work a flexible roster including weekend work.
