Terms & Conditions - $10 Homewares Voucher

$10 Homewares Gift Voucher

The $10 homewares gift voucher has the following specific terms and conditions: 
 

• The gift voucher is only valid from 1st December 2010 until 28th February 2011.
• The gift voucher can only be redeemed over the counter in our Alexandria, Yallah and Campbelltown stores.
• The gift voucher is not available for online purchases.
• The gift voucher can only be redeemed for goods from our in-store year round Homewares department. It is not valid for the purchase of Christmas decorations or Christmas specific homewares.
• There is a limit of only 1 voucher redeemable per purchase and a limit of 1 voucher per customer.
• If claimed, the voucher will be retained by The Christmas Warehouse.
• In order to redeem the voucher a homewares purchase must be made in excess of $10.
• The $10 voucher must be claimed at the time of purchase. No discounts will be back dated.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit notes.  
• Vouchers can only be redeemed for items that are in stock and available in the store in which the voucher is presented at the time the voucher is presented.
• The voucher amount can be used against the purchase of items in store at the store price ticket price. Prices in the register take automatic precedence over any ticketed price in the case of ticket error.
• The full amount of the voucher is to be used at one time – change cannot be given in any form.
• The VIP discount is not applied to items being purchased using the gift voucher. The register price will be charged with no additional VIP discount.
• Vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date. If not redeemed by this date, the voucher will expire.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer that may apply at the time.
• This special offer can be unilaterally withdrawn by The Christmas Warehouse without any notice.
• All rights are reserved at the discresion of The Christmas Warehouse management.
