Terms & Conditions - Our Price Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority and we will try our best to exceed your expectations in terms of our products, service and trust.

At The Christmas Warehouse, we will not be undersold on price, so if you are able to find exactly the same product elsewhere from a retailer in Australia for a lower price (excluding freight and insurance), please contact us with proof of the same product at the lower price and we will match that price and beat it by a further 10%. If proof is provided of an advertised special price, we can only beat the price up to 7 days after the advertised period is finished. This guarantee will only apply to normal retail quantities.

We will also honour our competitor’s vouchers, coupons and special offers.
