All orders are delivered by our our trusted, third party transport partners. We use fast, reliable transport companies for the safe delivery of your order.
You'll receive email/message notifications from our transport partners, containing a tracking link and status update on the progress of your delivery.
All orders default to Authority to Leave.
That means, if your delivery address is unattended, the delivery driver will find a safe and secure location to leave your order. If you would prefer to be present and sign when receiving your order, contact us as soon as possible after purchasing.
The following conditions apply to all deliveries:
- If your usual delivery address isn’t secure or suitable for an unattended drop off, please use an alternate, safe address or contact us to request a signature on delivery.
- Once your order is dropped off at your delivery address, the order is officially considered delivered and received.
- Christmas Warehouse and our transport partners are not responsible for any loss or damage to orders once they have been safely left.
- You warrant that the delivery driver will have a clear, safe, hazard-free path when dropping off your order.
- Failed delivery attempts can lead to extra re-delivery fees, so please ensure your delivery address is accurate.
- Proof of unattended drop off can be provided on request.
