We'll gladly exchange your item within 14 days of purchase provided that:

• you present a receipt, tax invoice or adequate proof of purchase
• goods must be in the original, re-sellable condition & packaging
• we do not offer refunds for change of minds
• display items or Odds & Ends Sale items cannot be exchanged

We guarantee that if something is broken or faulty during the Christmas period, we'll replace it provided that:

• you present a receipt, tax invoice or adequate proof of purchase
• the 'Christmas period' is considered 90 days from date of purchase
• the item is not damaged due to negligence or unreasonable use
