At the Christmas Warehouse, we will not be undersold on price. If you find an identical product for a lower price we'll match the price. To complete a price match, visit a store or contact us with the following proof:

  • the competitor's current price
  • that it's an identical item
  • that it's in stock
  • that it's from an Australian retailer with physical stores
  • that it's able to be purchased
  • that it's price includes freight

This Price Match Promise will only apply to normal retail quantities and excludes large decor items.

It is your (the customer's) responsibility to provide evidence to justify a price match. Christmas Warehouse staff are not able to verify conditions have been met, unless evidence has been provided by the customer.
